With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, Jennifer Parks brings a unique combination of expertise in contracts, trust and estate planning law, mortgage services, and real estate development to the real estate industry. Her career is founded on integrity, authenticity, and exceptional client service.

Jennifer earned a degree in Political Science and a Paralegal Certificate from Chico State. Starting her career in the legal field, serving as Director of Human Resources at a San Jose law firm and later as Chief of Staff for eBay's Legal Department. After taking time to raise her daughters, Jennifer transitioned into roles in corporate law, real estate development, and mortgages.

Raised on the Central Coast, Jennifer developed a deep connection to San Luis Obispo after attending a Cal Poly summer program. Recently returning to the Central Coast after eight years in Bozeman, Montana, she now resides in SLO, fulfilling a life-long dream.

Jennifer's passion for real estate and architecture stems from a childhood spent on construction sites with her dad, a custom home builder. She believes that a house becomes a home through thoughtful design, intentional spaces and celebrated living. It’s her passion to connect people with houses and watch as they turn them into treasured homes. She loves the hunt of finding just the right property.
